So what does 2009 have in store for businesses who create and distribute engaging content?

Well, Joe Pulizzi from Junta42 decided to ask a few people who might know – his top 42 content marketing blog owners and the Junta42 community.

One of my personal favourites; Michael Stelzner, author of ‘Writing White Papers: How to Capture Readers and Keep Them Engaged’, closes his prediction with:

You still have a first-mover advantage.

I think this is a great point to remember. It might seem like everyone has a blog and is twittering away but in actual fact, if you’re working to put content and social media at the heart of your marketing in 2009 you’re already ahead of the game.

You can read what the rest of over 42 content marketing professionals (and I) had to say here.
